Dan was very helpful and friendly, Our safety was taken care of with Sanitizer, distancing and disposable/one use sheet and pillow cover... he gave me a varied selection of mattresses to choose from after using the sleep match. I had my children with me and he kept them amused while I was testing out the mattresses. We were all offered water which was a nice touch in this heat! I did feel the mattresses were very expensive even with 60%off and although I couldn’t afford the mattress I really wanted (£1000) I am happy with the one I chose and the 30 day test at home will help to guarantee satisfaction with purchase. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this store and it’s staff. Thank you!

Mark was the store salesman and he was excellent. He listened to our needs and made honest recommendations. He understood our requirements and provided options for us to try. He didn't rush us, as we were deciding between two of the mattresses he recommended. He made us feel comfortable, we couldn't have asked for better service! We are looking forward to our mattress arriving.

Well we turn up around 16.30pm on Saturday at Westwood cross. There was 3 staff member and Mark came up to us at the door while we were cleaning our hands. Very warm welcome ask us, what we were looking for. We just said a new mattress. So my husband explain the type of bed we have and what he was looking for in a mattress. So Mark said to try the bed machine out. Once again Mark was good in laying the paper on the bed and then new pillow cases for the pillow. (which we ended up buying too) we then tried the different mattress the machine had suggested for us. We tried the top market one all the way down to the orange and lemon mattress which were still good. But Ian and I decide on the tempura cool touch. Mark explain everything about this mattress and what it would do for us and my husband back. The life span on the mattress. We were very very happy with the service. Not force upon us to buy. Like u said we even brought the pillows. Very well done to Mark and his team.
