We had visited Dreams before, 2 or 3 years ago but it was not the right time to make a major purchase but we returned this week and the young lady who assisted us was extremely helpful, knew her products and didn't push us toward any particular mattress but explained the pro's and con's f each of the 3 Tempur mattresses leaving us in the end to make the final choice. In short, she did not pressurise us.
