We absolutely loved Caitlin at Westwood, Thanet, Dreams. She was very supportive and met every need with ease. I would recommend her support to all of my family and friends.

The young lady, Georgia, was a very polite and informative woman, who helped with suggestions and told us how important it was to pick the right bed for our needs. In this day and age, customer service is quite lacking in a lot of shops, so we were pleasantly surprised how good she was. It was excellent.

Being met by friendly helpful staff, not being pressured while deciding but help given when needed and not being guided to make decisions that benefit the staff but they do benefit the customers.

Members of staff were very helpful and polite. Gave me the information I was after and walked out with a beautiful bed. Great staff, great store

The young lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went to bed store next door. No one came to see if I wanted help. Went to dreams and your lady came straight up and asked if I needed any help. She was very good at her job.

I just wanted to let you know that the younger lady who sold me she was absolutely brilliant she didn’t look at me the way I was dressing up the way I look so she was having me according to my individual needs sometimes you go to shops and some people they stereotyping you think maybe you can’t afford to buy something but for her, she was absolutely brilliant.

Our salesman Dan was really knowledgeable and helpful, And we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams in Broadstairs to all our friends.

Georgia understood exactly what we were looking for and explained our options very well. She had an excellent knowledge of the products in the store and also made suggestions which were a great help to us in making our selection.
