Don met and greeted as we entered the store and explained all H&SE guidelines. Helped us to understand best way to select mattress and helped with all recommended mattress testing to select the correct mattress and the beds and headboards. Was very helpful and polite all the time until the end. Was a pleasure to do business with him.

Mark the salesman was very friendly and he asked what I was looking for and listened to my preferences. He then showed me beds that matched my criteria and then explained about the different mattresses giving me time to try them for comfort. At no point did I feel under any pressure to buy and after showing me around the shop floor left me to browse alone. Once I found the bed & mattress I wanted he looked up if the items were available and proceeded to make arrangements for me to purchase them and explained the delivery procedure to me.
