From entering the store, we were greeted by Mark Newell, who was patient with us and took the time to understand what would be best for us. He was extremely knowledgable about the products in store and we could not be more grateful for his customer service.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, made sure we took our time to make the right purchase and didn't pressurised us into buying anything we didn't need. The whole process from entering the store to making the purchase and then leaving was excellent.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and kindness by the assistant manager Mark. The whole experience was very professional, met our needs and requirements and it was a pleasure doing business with Mark. We are very much looking forward to receiving the mattresses we ordered
