Dreams - Broadstairs Westwood

I was very satisfied with my visit the gentleman took his time with me and explained different beds with different mattresses very happy

We did the Dreams test to see which mattress would be the most suitable for us. The customer service we had from start to finish was amazing. We were given water and our son was also given a book and no questions seemed too much, especially even though it was a Sunday.

We went out with what we wanted in mind and dreams provided our dream bed and furniture! Mark was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t of asked for better customer service, he came over and asked what we were looking for he provided us a few thoughts and ideas and we got it! Completely overwhelmed with what we got and I simply can not wait for it to be delivered 😁 if you see this mark, thankyou so much mate!

Sleep Expert Georgia was incredibly helpful. She gave excellent advice and, importantly, was able to provide the appropriate product within an acceptable timescale.

I was served by Georgia in your Westwood Store in Broadstairs, from the moment I walked through the door she was polite helpful listened to my requirements and met my brief perfectly. I am disabled and she made sure I was comfortable in the store and looked after my needs offering me water etc. She is a real credit to your company
