whole experience was very good.

We was greeted by don upon arrivel at the store in broadstairs,he was very welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable about what dreams do to help you choose the right bed for you . He made my mother who is 80 very welcome she hadn't had a new mattress for over 20 years !! She felt comfortable and very relaxed he explained everything to her about the beds and mattress they do and helped her choose the right one for her.

The man who dealt with us was kind and very considerate offering my mother who is in a wheelchair a bottle of water. He was exceptionally nice and couldn't of helped us more from choosing a mattress to the payment orocesd.
