The gentleman called Don was helpful right from when I entered the store. I only found out when I returned to place my order that he was actually the store manager. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very pleasant and invited me to experience the test to see what mattress would be suit my posture which only took 3 minutes!! The store was clean and the use of sanitiser and ppe was very good. Overall 11/10 5*

We were very happy with the service, product availability, level of covid protection in the store. The colleague was friendly, efficient and professional and had great product knowledge. We felt valued as customers. We would return and recommend Dreams to others.
