Don was great his knowledge of the avaliable products really helped us in picking what we wanted, he was kind and made us feel at ease and comfortable. We was offered a bottle of water and all covid related guidelines where adhered to, we loved the simulator and the mattress we chose and cannot wait for it too be delivered so we can have a comfortable sleep.
