Excellent staff support. A team is 3 staff and they presented as friendly but not pushy. One staff member very much knew his beds and supported another team member in answering questions positively and supportive. The team deamed very much a happy and strong supportive team. This made us very comfortable. All of the team appeared proud to work for the company
