Don who helped us was very well clued up about the products sold in store

The assistant very super friendly and helpful. We had no idea what we were looking at which I think he spotted and asked if we needed help straight away. We used the sleep stimulation machine which was a weird experience he then showed us which mattresses suited us. He makes it a very easy good experience I thought it would take weeks to decide and came out with more then expected. Best customer assistant I’ve ever met!

Staff very helpful and pleasant and we only had to wait few days for delivery.

Hi there I was highly impressed with the service I received from mark at dreams at broadstairs me and my wife were able to just walk in the shop without being pressured into anything at all after we was ready mark approached us and begun helping us i believe we all had a formal proffesional service and had a bit of a laugh aswell which was great I would 100 percent go back to that shop and I would ask to be served by him again absolute brilliant bloke

Your salesman was very helpful and knew exactly which mattresses to recommend for us to try. We opted for one of the three that he recommended. We had the paperwork and name of the previous mattress we purchased from Dreams nine years ago. We tried the equivalent one to the previous purchase but then decided to upgrade to a firmer one. We were very impressed with the salesman’s experience.

During our first visit we were greeted nicely but then left to browse ourselves, which is exactly what we wanted. We weren't constantly approached and questioned. When we had a question we approached someone who was very friendly and helpful. He got us pillows and helped us use the machine to find our perfect mattress. We came back a few days later to place our order and Georgia was very helpful. She immediately came to me when I entered and then quickly talked me through my order, giving me different options. Sale went through easily and now we just have to wait for our wonderful bed to be delivered! Thank you!

The manager dealt with our requirements and he was really knowlegeable, helpful , friendly and efficient.
