Mark the salesman was very helpful and knowledgable and helped me come to a quick and satisfactory decision whereas I had been in other stores and not received anywhere near the level of customer service. I felt Mark was keen to not just sell me a product but to be sure I was happy with my purchase that was right for my needs and budget.
