Very helpful No real pressure which allowed us to make our own decision

Very informative member of staff helped us choose our new bed, giving us advice as and when I asked for it. She had a good knowledge of the bed and pillows we chose. She was very pleasant and gave us all the time we needed to look at various beds twice.

Don was very professional with excellent product knowledge.

It was easy to find what I needed. Not too many people so I could try out mattresses as I liked.

The sales assistant Dan, was very attentive and super helpful. we got a great deal on the mattress as would absolutely recommend it to my friends. Usually sceptical but proved very wrong. Well done.

The man who helped us ( Dan I think), was polite, friendly and informative. He told us how we could select different bases, mattress ext, and let us browse as long as we needed. Once we selected out choices, he was quick and friendly whilst getting the order done at the desks. We felt very happy with the whole visit, well informed of return policies, and confident in our purchase.
