We have been to Dreams on 4 previous occasions, and always been satisfied with every aspect of it, especially the friendly service and choice of products.

Mark in Margate was FANTASTIC. we went in twice that day and he was the second sales assistant we saw. Both times we were offered a go on the sleep match machine, offered a bottle of water, the customer service was amazing, the product knowledge was stellar. GIVE EVERYONE IN THE MARGATE STORE A PAY RISE PLEASE THEY ARE TRULY AMAZING. We were greeted at the door and offered a clean, tissue covered pillow to test beds with. I also saw them cleaning and disinfecting extremely regularly which was amazing! Mark and his POC workmate (whose name I have forgotten I am sorry my friend) were amazing. Great examples of perfect workers in your store.

Having been to the Canterbury Branch where the service was not good started serving us then went off to see someone else and printed off a leaflet for the Tempur mattress which was only available online. I took my 92 year old Mum to Dreams Broadstairs where the service by Mark was excellent. My Mum had recently had a hip replacement and needed a shallower and comfortable mattress. We bought a Tempur Cloud Premier 19 as the depth was perfect although there was not one in store Mark showed us similar and we placed the order in store. Mark was so patient as my Mums mobility is not brilliant but gave her his undivided attention. I would also like to say that the 2 young men that delivered the mattress today were also very polite and put the mattress on the bed for me and were so helpful. Pat on the back for them as well. These 3 are a credit to your company. Thank you.

First of all, when I went into the store, I was greeted with a nice ‘good morning from Don, the store manager. He gave me a few minutes to look around. Then he approached me and asked me whether I needed any help. I said yes. I explained what I was looking for. Then Don said I can get an accurate idea of how the mattress works, by me going on the mattress match machine. He explained how it works and the machine did it’s magic. Then I tried about 4 mattresses to check for comfort. I chose one. Don explained the different ways that each mattress works , I.e. some have springs while others didn’t. He also offered me a bottle of water, which I thought it was a nice touch. Don was very easy to talk to and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend your store. Please pass on my good wishes to Don. He is the bees knees!!
