First class service and knowledge from the store manager Don. Event spent the time to get the right pillows as well as bed, matress etc.

Georgia was ver helpful without being pushy. I felt she was knowledgeable so able to make a decision.

The staff were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was shown a wide range of products, and able to find exactly what I was looking for. I hope the delivery goes as well as the sale....

I was highly satisfied as I was offered water on arrival, was given space to look and help when needed with pillows etc

The gentleman who served me was kind and polite. He knew his job well and didn,t make me feel i was a nuisance because i am old as some shop assistance do.

The gentleman was kind honest very helpful spoke about ever single bed mattress and helped me find what was suitable for me glad he was there to help me all through my buying experience as o don’t think I’d was able to make my mind up 10/10 for help and support

Dan was fantastic!! Firstly, I called the Broadstairs store to ask a few questions. Dan was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't ask for better. Due to the quality of the phone call, I later went into the store. Again, I was greeted by Dan. He was just as helpful in person. He offered me a bottle of water (which was great as it was a hot day and I'd just come from work). He gave me some advice, and guided me to the specification of bed that I was looking for. He then gave me a pillow (covered in a protective tissue) and gave me the freedom to try out as many beds as i desired. When i had made my decision, he then told me some more information about the product, which confirmed my choice. He then took me to the till, where I was offered a seat and another bottle of water. He made the whole process easy! I had such a positive experience thanks to Dan. Please make sure he gets this feedback. He really made the difference. 5 stars!

Dan looked after us as soon as we walked in the store by greeting us in a cheery and friendly manor . He immediately offered us a drink . He listened to our exact needs and expertly directed us to a sample of beds where he then provided us with pillows ( wrapped in paper) for us to try the mattress’s. we were and still are very impressed.

Was seen to straight away with a friendly man, very helpful! And narrowed down what we wanted

Don your Manager in Margate was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
