We were served by Dan, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He listened to our requirements, suggested the product that matched, then allowed us the privacy to test and discuss our options. He answered any questions, without any pressure sales. He offered us water, which we gladly accepted. He even brought to our attention the armed forces discount, of which we were unaware even though we qualified. In doing so, he saved us another £148 on our order. He was also discreet when we used the wrong bank card and it was declined. The couple placing an order beside us were completely unaware. We immediately realised our mistake and used the correct card for the purchase. We left the shop feeling very well cared for, and would like to say a big THANK YOU to Dan. He is a credit to your company. He was definitely a big part in our decision to purchase a £1600 mattress from you.
