A young lady called Georgia served us, she was pleasant, efficient and understanding of my painful situation. She gave good advice and was very helpful.

We were met by a friendly member of staff, who after we explained what we were looking for took us directly to the bed base. A full explanation was given of the product and demonstration of how to use it.

Mark the assistant manager was fabulous. His knowledge was great as was his sense of humour. There was a technical issue and him and Joe went above and beyond to help us find another store who could do our finance. They succeeded. It was a pleasure shipping there. I did not feel under any pressure at all.

We went with specific requirements and were listened to. We were given a choice of suitable products in various price ranges with the product specifications given to explain price differences. Would definitely go back.

Don was very friendly & knowledgable. This was a repeat visit.

We were greeted by member of staff, (Georgia 373) and was pleased with her help on selecting the right mattress for our needs, we were able to browse alone which was nice not to have someone constantly following us, but as soon as we needed help with a question she was at hand, we were offered water which was a nice touch as it was a hot day, once we had decided on the bed and mattress, after trying several,the process of buying went very smoothly .

In the end got what we wanted
