The staff, gave just the right level of attentiveness especially regarding space to try beds and make a choice without being watched. They were also very friendly and helpful when asked.

I was highly satisfied when I when to dreams for a bed. All three people there helped out and made me laugh and we got a bottle of water.

Really excellent service from Dan no pressure but there to answer all your questions when needed, friendly and very knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble.

Dan was very helpful, knew what we were looking for and was able to provide options and time-frames for a number of products. Really friendly and we were happy that we got what we were looking for, Dan was great in getting us the products we needed and in the time we needed due to a house move. We only popped in to get a rough idea of prices but we were happy to go ahead on the day because of Dan’s help. We’ll done!

The sales person was very attentive and although the mattress we went in to buy was not available in store, he did his best to give us an idea of the firmness we were after, by letting us lie on similar mattresses. We have purchased our choice on the advice given by the assistant. We are currently awaiting a delivery date. There was no pressure to buy anything and were allowed to have a look around at our leisure which resulted in us purchasing a headboard too.

When we arrived at Dreams in Westwood cross we were welcomed by the very friendly manager. He dealt with us really professionally, but put no pressure on us at all. He guided us through the process and really listened to what we wanted. He made us feel welcome and valued and both myself and my wife said how relaxed and friendly the whole process had been. It’s very rare in retail nowadays to feel valued, so he deserves a big pat on the back!!

Staff are helpful, available ,knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. Item I bought was in the sale --- a bonus.

Lots of beds to try, lots of space, variety and service

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. When the computer crashed she was so apologetic as we were in the store for some time until we did the order manually.
