The staff member (Mark) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time and trouble to explain all of the options available without pushing any particular product. The showroom was quiet and well laid out. The device for assessing the correct mattress was new to to us but hopefully has come up with the right option. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

The service was first class the assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. We found what we were looking for at an affordable price.
