When we walked in we were greater and asked if I needed any assistance, I shared I had found a mattress online and I wanted to see it in person and it was the first one I saw walking in. I was given a pillow if I needed it but did not feel pressured to take it as I didn't need one. I was left to look around at my own leisure and told if I needed any more help to ask which was fantastic as I don't like people hovering over me so it made the shopping experience amazing! The store was very clean and social distancing was set out really well.

The sales person was very knowledgable about the products. He was very patient and understanding of my father who we were shopping for, who has breathing and walking difficulties. He gauged my fathers budget well and did not push higher priced products that my father could not afford. Both me and my father were very impressed with his sales approach. The sales person was called Dan.

We were greeted when arrived and given information about the beds we were trying, offered a pillow to trial beds and water too. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had everything explained and we were treated like royalty

We were greeted as we walked in and offered a bottle of water. We tested our ideal bed on the sleep-match bed and we had 4 free pillows included in our order. The mattresses we ordered in a medium firm were very comfortable when tried in the shop. Plus 2 assistants were very helpful with our order. The lady who served us was Georgia 373 who was very helpful and knew the stock. We were very pleased with the service.
