Georgia was extremely professional when I first went to the store she explained everything very well & printed out the prices of 3 mattresses that I was interested in. I then returned at a later date & Don was as helpful as Georgia was I made my purchase I was offered a bottle of water while my purchase was completed. I was more than happy with the service I received

It was ours first visit to Dreams at Westwood cross. From walking into the store we where greeted very welcoming by Caitlin. She straight away offered a drink and assistance. We where given plenty of time to decide on the best mattress and bed for us. If we had questions it was answered straight away. We had the opportunity to try out a machine that selects the right mattress for us. And after Caitlin offered pillows to try. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and humoured. We where laughing that it was our first bed and mattresses. Thank you Caitlin and to her helper for great experience. Can wait till my bed and mattress will arrive.

The staff member was friendly and helpful

I was greeted by a member of staff (Don) who was very helpful and friendly but not over the top. he understood my needs and helped me choose the right mattress. He also offered me a drink as it was a hot day. I did try Benson first but found them to be very unhelpful and to be honest a bit rude.

Such professional sales person. Took his time with us. No pressurised sales pitch.Listebed to our needs. He should get recognition for the way he was with us.

I had Don helping me place my order. He was very helpful and polite and made the entire process a lot easier.

Salesman very accommodating, very polite, he showed us the bed that we wanted at a price we were prepared to pay, and arranged delivery and disposal of mattresses at a convenient time. Happy days.
