From the time we went in to the showroom to the time we left, we had a brilliant experience. The salesman Mark was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgable. He was brilliant where we were left fully satisfied with our purchas.

I thought that Don the Manager had just the right tone with me as a customer . Certainly no hard sell, which usually turns me right off. He was polite, friendly , and attentive. Very professional and caring. I went back the following day with my elderly mother who I was buying the bed for and he was so good with her. Indeed I live in Surrey but would certainly come back this store to give him the business. He deserves full credit and is an example I’m sure others should follow .

The manager/sales rep, Don, was one of the best I’ve ever encountered and he is the reason for my satisfaction. No hard sell, attentive, friendly, helpful and patient. He stayed on after his home time to assist me. He thoroughly explained the different bed options and helped me to find the best match.

Georgia who looked after us was very knowledgable of all the products on offer.She listened to what we wanted and guided us to exactly the products suitable to us.We were well satisfied.

The Guy was lovely and really spent the time explaining everything to us…. We have didn’t know what we needed but knew the amount of pain our mattress was causing that it needed to be replaced…. He didn’t pressure us and gave us lots of time to lay on different beds and discuss between ourselves what we thought.
