We had the manager (Mark I think it was) helping us when we went in store. He was exceptionally friendly, very knowledgeable about all the products, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We made 2 separate visits and he assisted us both times. He was very honest and wasn't pushy at all. Would highly recommend Dreams as a result of the service received from him

We were helped on the phone at our local store and when going to the shop to l ook at the recommended product your colleague remembered the phone call and straight away pointed us in the correct direction. He was also very clear when filling in the order form and very cheerful.

All around great service from Dreams. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helped me straight away. She helped me use the sleep match machine to chose a perfect mattress. She answered all my questions and gave me as much time as I needed to have a look around and think. She was very chatty and we had nice conversations other than the beds and mattresses. She looked on the computer to check if a bed in a specific colour was in stock for delivery for me. She offered me a bottle of water and gave me lots of advice on pillows also. She also took off the Saturday delivery charge for me which was very thoughtful. But all the other staff where also great, all nicely presented and welcoming and smiling . The store was tidy and inviting also. Looking forward to coming back!

We entered the store after a pushy experience at bensons, we had a rough idea of what hat we wanted, we was approached by Caitlin who was genuinely friendly, she asked if we needed help and set us up on the sleep machine, then proceed to run us through the results, after that she left us to have a look around, and was avaliable when we had questions, we never felt pressured or rushed. The whole staff at the store spoke to us at some point and everyone was very nice to us, even helping us with stuff to the van.
