We were served by Mark at our local store in Broadstairs. Mark was very helpful and listened to what we required. He made suggestions but was not at all 'pushy' but gave us various options to consider. He was attentive, polite and patient.

I was served by Dan, who greeted us straight away. He took us to the sleep match bed and offered us both a drink. We were then given our own pillows to try the mattresses. Overall was great customer service and gave us a discount which led to a great deal.

Georgia was very helpful and the overall experience was excellent.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us when entering the store, explained where everything was and left us to browse at our leisure. He answered any questions we had along the way. There was no.pressure to buy, and when we were, went through everything explaining as we went along. Was made a very pleasurable experience.

I’ve been into store four times and was served by Dom each time. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and gave great advice. He wasn’t pushy as a salesman in anyway which was refreshing and made us comfortable and keen to purchase from Dreams. He also took us through the Sleepmatch which was really useful.

Georgia provided excellent friendly service in the store, helpful in assisting us to make our purchase, without any actively 'selling'. The other staff in the store were also very friendly and helpful.

Mark knew his products very well, was very helpful, courteous and professional. Came across as being honest an friendly.
