Georgina greeted me shortly after I entered to enquire if I needed assistance, a few minutes later she saw me still looking around and offered to help. She Offered me a drink and informed me about the sleepmatch which tried out. She then showed me several tempur mattresses which i tried out. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable and professional throughout. She spent approximately 30 minutes with me. She showed me the to matching pillows which I purchased along with the coldtouch original Elite. An excellent experience which made me feel confident and comfortable, after spending, what for me was a considerable attention of money
