Jenny the sales assistant knew alot about the products in the store, she took time to help and explain everything to us. We were made a hot drink and just looked after.

Matthew welcomed us as we went in the the shop, told him what I want I was looking for, as I am in my late eighties, Matthew was very understanding , thoughtful and very helpful with looking after me

Jag and Abs were extremely helpful during our visits. So much so we bought a second bed.

Because what I need every thing was there and staff was very helpful.

The staff members Kelly and Jennifer talked us through the system for choosing the right sort of bed for us. Stacey talked us through the bed system. Good service but happy to let us come back another day to complete purchase

We struggle shopping at the best of times with our autistic son but the sales person immediately identified that our son would need some distraction so that we could concentrate. He was fantastic with our son and meant that our overall experience was a fun one for the whole family.

Welcomed at the door, had some assistance picking a product that we liked. Had coffee made us, left us to our own devices for a bit then came back for a chat, bit of advice and then over to pay

Welcomed by very knowledgable member of staff who understood our requirements and explained all options clearly and thoroughly. Choice of products and offers was very appealing and overall a good experience. Would have liked the items delivered a little earlier
