the reason was owing to the staff, and their knowledge, friendly approach, relaxed manner and the store layout. I especially found Jag, the store manager, and Jenny particularly helpful and they were so polite. it made the whole experience a pleasure, and it induced to me to buy extra products while in the store at Brierley Hill.

Matthew was very helpful and understanding of my medical needs/requirements for the need to replace our mattress. He was also very patient and appreciative that this was a large purchase for us and gave my husband and myself plenty of time to talk through our thoughts without being rushed. We were assisted from the minute we walked through the door, so much so, we also placed an order for a motion mattress and adjustable base.

All the staff were amazing the knowledge and expertise were spot on could not ask for more!! I was really surprised how well we were looked after!! We was really happy when leaving the store!!
