Good choice of beds to choose from including prices. I wanted a mid range price as I noticed even the beds marked over a £1000 000 only guarantee 8 years. The only downside was . .. having to pay separately for each item , ie mattress, head board , base and draws including price to take away beds . I am satisfied with my order.. the proof will be when I get to sleep on it .. all staff 100% helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t hide any hidden prices ( honest)

I had a lovely experience with the staff who supported me, I got to try the 'bed recommendation machine' which gave excellent results as I ended up picking one of those. I recently tried to get a mattress from Bedsons for Beds in January, I've yet to obtain it or get my refund yet but I actually believe in Dreams to get the job done for me!

I’d been to look at beds at other stores as thought dreams beds would cost more but when I looked online I saw the exact bed we were looking for on sale at a great price. On entering the store I showed a member of staff the bed id seen and he took me straight to it. On seeing the bed I was even more impressed and also found out it was an ottoman which Was a bonus because it’s what we needed but didn’t expect it at the price it was at. I proceeded to order the bed and also got free delivery within a very short period of time and a discounted assembly price. I was offered drinks by numerous friendly staff whist completing the order and couldn’t believe how quick the process was. The staff who served me where Matt & abs and where fantastic! Thankyou dreams for a great service.

On arrival into the store we were asked if we needed any help. I said we were looking for a double mattress. Jagdeep suggested we use the mattress matcher machine. The first mattress we tried was our favourite. Jagdeep showed us a variety of mattress types and price ranges. We had a fantastic deal with 10% off, looking forward to receiving our mattress!
