The person in charge was very helpful and extremely pleasant. It seemed obvious to me that he is very good at his job. He spent quite some time explaining the products so that we knew we had what we were looking for.

All staff were extremely polite and very welcoming, we had difficult decision on what bed to choose but it was made easy by the knowledge of staff

We entered store and was given a few moments before being asked if we needed help which I liked gave me and my husband time to have a look frist

The whole team were very polite to me on my arrival to the Brierley Hill store, my needs were assessed and after understanding my requirements, we began to test some mattress and after some time narrowed my search down until, I found the perfect mattress for me.

Sales assistant Jenny was very helpful and knowledgable.

The service was brilliant. We were shown various products which matched our requirements and are really pleased with the final purchase. We bought the base from the clearance range which we didn’t know about before visiting.

Arrived few minutes before opening but staff were pleased to see us and greeted us very quickly. Once in store went to what we were after, colleague listened to our needs (replacement for a mattress we had bought in store previously) Checked computer system and confirmed this was a similar item. Offered a coffee whilst processing our order. Colleagues always happy and chatty - a real pleasure to deal with. Delivery was a week which suited us perfectly. Left store feeling all needs had been met in a very nice and efficient manner. Will return to this branch when we next require help with beds.
