Staff very helpful and friendly with great knowledge of the product I was purchasing. Also I was offered refreshments whilst in store.

We went to the store to find a replacement bed and found the staff very helpful without being pushy. We were offered tea or coffee while looking round and found this to be a nice touch. We were asked by Kelly what type of bed we were looking for and she was very helpful and friendly, and helped us choose the bed that was right for us. Would recommend anytime.
