We found a x display mattress we bought our last bed 8 years ago and have been satisfied so we thought go back with what we know .

The manager David was extremely helpful with his knowledge and helped to point us in the right direction

The assistant was helpful without being obtrusive. He made good suggestions and offered alternative options. The availability of products was more than satisfactory

I was greeted in the store by Chelsea whom had a good knowledge of the mattress products available. She was understanding of my needs and helped me in my decision about the right type of mattress suitable for my needs.

Chelsea listened carefully to what I was looking for and only showed me relevant products from your range. Chelsea was knowledgable about the products with excellent customer service and a friendly and cheerful manner.

The assistant was extremely helpful, directed us to several beds, she thought would suit Advised us of the cost etc, and we we delighted that the order would be delivered in under a week! Very satisfied customer, thank you ! xx

David was very helpful and new everything I asked and understood the situation and looked for the best possible bed and base as I needed a bed quickly as my mum had had a roof leak on to her bed and she was sleeping in a chair very very pleased thank you

Good size store, friendly and helpful staff and they were able to satisfy my queries. Although unable to see the actual bed l purchased the samples of beds on display and the swatch were good enough. We felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff which is not the experience of some stores. Well done.
