David listened to what we were saying and showed us mattresses that would suit us. He also showed other mattresses that were in line with what we were asking about and with his knowledge of the beds this enabled us to make an informative decision on which mattress to buy. During this we were also impressed with the pillow advice David gave us and we also bought pillows which we were not going to do but he helped us with his knowledge about the products.

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations to get my partner and I the best deal possible on what we wanted. We were given plenty of time alone to discuss options between us and were not pressured into buying at any time. Nor did we feel shadowed by staff.

Chelsea, our sales assistant was very helpful and knew the mattress’s. We were very fussy about the mattress we wanted and Chelsea was very patient with us. She even made us a cup of coffee!

Price was reasonable and the gentleman who served us was knowledgeable and took time to Offer products within our price range

When entering the store, we were greeted by 2 members of staff and felt very welcome. There was no pushy sales patter, which always puts me off. We asked for advice from one of the staff and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He didn't try to just push the most expensive, he showed us the whole range. My son who is Autistic was choosing a bed, mattress and pillows. It is extremely hard for him to make decisions about anything and he was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The salesman was fantastic with us both. He explained the mechanics of the bed we chose(it has a remote control for lifting the bed to get to the storage area underneath). We have bought a lovely bed, a superb mattress and 4 extremely comfortable pillows. Plus pillow protectors and mattress protector. It is shame that the store doesn't do bedding as we would have got that there too!! Overall an extremely pleasant experience. The salesman is called Mark please thank him for all the help and advice he gave us
