We first visited your bognor store last week where we were greeted by Mark. He was lovely and gave us great advice. We walked away needing more time to think. Which then led us to visiting your Waterlooville and Portsmouth stores the week after. (To view the murphy bed). However, we then went back to the Bognor store to make our final purchases as the staff had been so friendly, accommodating and clearly understood what we were looking for.

I visited this Dreams to purchase a new pillow and ended up by purchasing a new pillow and a new bed. This was largely due to Mel 051 who made every effort to assist me to sellect the correct pillow in a most friendly, expert and professional way. Our conversation led to me also looking at beds and again, with Mel's help, I purched a new bed for myself. This is a well organised, well presented compact store with friendly and professional staff available to help as required

Helpful staff in both the stores I visited. Staff did all they could to find me the best mattress for my needs. I was given multiple options.

I was highly satisfied because the staff were very polite and helpful with choosing the right bed and mattress required. The layout of the store was very good and nice to see all the choice of headboard colours and variety available.
