From the moment we entered the store the staff made us feel welcome. Mark was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us find the perfect mattress. He was was very patient as we tried out lots of different products and didn't make us feel we were taking up his time.

From start to finish the staff were hugely professional and experienced and attentive to my every need. The store was well laid out and super clean.

I had a budget and was shown the best deal for the money ticking all the boxes iI required

We went in only looking for a mattress. However we came out with the whole bed. We were unsure on what we wanted but the staff helped us make the right decision

The whole experience of purchasing a mattress was excellent. This was due in no small part of the sales assistant, Mark. He was knowledgeable, patient and explained everything to us in detail. We particularly enjoyed the mattress-matching machine which after scanning our bodies provided a range of mattresses to suit each of us.

I was served by David in the Bognor Regis branch and I can’t praise him enough.. he was very knowledgeable, friendly and really cared what I wanted. He listened to my needs and understood that I was on a tight budget and stuck to the budget. He didn’t try to make me spend more than I had and made me feel that I was just as important as someone who was spending thousands. I was so so impressed, being in a customer facing job I know that praise is a very rare thing…. You should be so proud of David and your staff at Bognor Regis… thank you so much and I will be telling everyone about your amazing customer service….. plus 1 doesn’t even come close.
