Dreams colleagues were great. Very friendly and made sure we were well looked after throughout the entire visit. They were responsive to our needs and didn't rush us as we made decisions.

The young lady who welcomed us on arrival was not 'pushy' but gave us some useful information about the layout of the shop. She then gave us time to browse before asking if she could be of assistance. Her knowledge of the products was vast and concise. Overall she was helpful, informative and friendly. Her name is Chelsea and she and all the staff we spoke to were to be commended.

David who helped us went above and beyond to help could not have been better. Cup of coffee as well all superb.

Assistant was very helpful and helped us choose a bed right for us. Along with the sleep machine which was there.
