Assistant very helpful - new exactly what we were looking for and completed the transaction in a friendly and professional manner

The fact the sale was on helped of course but the friendliness and experience of Gail and David at our Blackpool branch was the deciding factor.

Both Gail and David were excellent in the knowledge of the products very helpful and friendly. We were highly satisfied with our visit.

Gail the assistant was fantastic from start to finish she didn’t rush us asked us what we were looking for and showed us the products that would suit us. She made us feel very comfortable she was polite and very knowledgeable which made picking our bed and mattress easy. We will be returning to buy our little boys bed. Thank you Gail 342 Mrs k Fenton

I had checked new beds on line, but realised I actually wanted to try the mattress before purchase. A new bed is a big expense and so it is very important to get it right. Gail gave me lots of advice and guided me to the best bed for my needs. I am pleased I came to Dreams and am sure I have chosen a bed better suited to me than if I had bought one untried on line. The Gail and Sue had lots of time and patience so I didn't feel pressurised or hurried with my purchase.

We were greeted and dealt with by Gail (validation code 342) she was knowledgeable,efficient,gave us the time we needed and made the transaction seemless.A good experience and great coffee too.We look forward to the delivery of the item of furniture (which isn't so long considering it is being made ) and hope it is as good as it looks ,which I am sure it will be.Again thanks to Gail for her time and assistance,great service.

Served by stacey, Incredibly friendly and didn't feel like a hard sell was happening. asked our budget (£200) and promptly showed us items in the clearance section and let us try them and then showed us 2 more of the budget range. We were discussing different options and then she mentioned about a return mattress which was brand new unused which matched our wants. She made us feel at ease unlike other stores previously visited just before. Nothing was too much, we then mentioned about different bed bases and she gave us a few options - waiting for longer delivery for the specific one we wanted or a shop floor model, discounted at a quicker date which we promptly decided to take also. She mentioned about matress protectors and valances which we also decided to buy. we also decided to splurge on a couple of pillows which we £85 each as stacey had got us such a great deal on the mattress and base. After how we had been treated in other bed shops we had previously decided to only buy a matress that day. She spent all her time and attention on us and we decided to buy all these extras at our own will because of the incredible service we received.

The assistant Gail could not have been more helpful, she was very friendly offering tea and coffee, she was very understanding ( my husband is disabled and Gail was very patient and knowledgeable of our needs ). I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams to friends. The store is very clean and spacious with lots of stock to choose from.

very profesional people , with no pushy sales , exelelent knowledge of the product we reqired , and exelent tea and coffee , most of all very good value for money . The try it for 40 days and exchange , cannot be beaten .
