Stacey listened to my requirements for a new mattress and showed me the options available. I tried several mattresses in store and there was no pressure to buy at any point or to hurry. Very professional assistant.

The assistant was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very patient and helped me narrow down the mattresses to try and leaving us in peace to try at our leisure until me were ready to speak to her again. While completing my order she was very friendly to talk to and was available to answer all of my questions even if I had asked her the same a few times. I decided to upgrade my order the next day to a better bed system and she was available to speak to me so I didn't have to keep speaking to a different person and upgraded me without a fuss.

Very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Was not rushed. Made sure everything was ok to my liking. Explained the product in detail. Highly recommended.
