Stacey at dreams was lovely, we walked in to have a browse and found a good product, when we enquired about it Stacey was extremely helpful and friendly.

Gail has immense patience and at no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision. We look forward to the delivery of our bed shortly.

Having purchased two tempur mattresses in Oct 2019 we came back to Dreams recently to buy two new divan bases and were advised in a friendly and courteous manner. Items purchased happy with price and delivery date, in fact happy all round. Thank you Dreams.

Stacy was extremely helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable and quickly assisted me & my wife with a great deal. We were made to feel welcome and valued and I have already recommended the store to friends and colleagues.

From the moment we entered the shop we felt totally at ease,viewing all the products . We were approached by Gail at the perfect time.Offering advice and sound knowledge of bed we purchased .Refreshments were offered a lovely touch.We also recieved complimentary bedding ,which was amazing .

After a previous visit gail noted i was also looking for a superking zip & link mattress.She called today to say there was 20% off which is why i went in to order it

We had previously been into store a couple of weeks ago when we were thinking about getting a new bed and spoke to Stacey who was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for (ottoman super king bed and mattress) and made us very comfortable asking questions and trying out the beds. We weren't ready to purchase so came back in today and again Stacey came over and remembered us and talked us through all the options again, colours, headboards, functionality of the mattresses, pillows, finance options and even made us a hot chocolate from their machine (Margaret!). She made us feel very comfortable making the purchase in the end, let us take out time and was on hand to give us all the information we needed to make the right choice. I'm quite an indecisive person so this was fantastic! Brilliant service, very friendly and personable and we are very much looking forward to our new bed being delivered (already enjoying our new pillows we could take away today!).
