From the moment walking into the shop, to the moment leaving the shop the staff were brilliant. Susan (blackpool store) was very patient with me and took her time to understand my needs. She spent over an hour with me and my family to find the right bed for me. Cant wait to receive my bed on the 17th April. Highly recommend Dreams (Blackpool)

The Store Assistant, Gail was very friendly and professional and spent time with us showing us various options regarding beds and mattresses, allowing my daughter to try each mattress and even giving her a pillow to make her comfortable making the choice of the mattress much easier. Also offered drinks like tea & coffee whilst making the decision. A credit to the Store.

We were planning to look around at all different stores but your store was the first store we went to and was all we needed, the staff were lovely we were helped by Stacy who answered everything we wanted to know and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were wanting
