Friendly knowledgeable staff who were not overbearing and xhasing you around store

The assistant, Gail, was very friendly, easy to talk with. Interested in our purchase. She listened to our needs & used the sleep match technology to help us confirm which mattress we should buy. I thought it may have been a bit gimmicky as I had tried a couple of mattresses & was sure I knew which one we wanted. But we tried what the sleep match suggested & I was pleasantly surprised. Gail was not a pushy sales person, she came across with a genuine demeanour, we found her very comfortable to talk with & although the mattress was a bit pricey, we felt very certain we had come away with the perfect product.

Stacey was very helpful and informative-even made us a cup of tea.The bed analysing machine was very useful.

upon arriving at the shop the staff made us feel both welcome and relaxed they offered us a nice cup of tea and did not pressurise us We explained our needs and they listened and answered the questions we asked with knowledge of the product.

We were assisted by a lady called Gail, who was extremely helpful and we felt we got great value for money. Gail also encouraged us to try a new 'sleep match' machine which tested which beds would be best suited to us. While we were waiting for our order to be entered we were also offered drinks. We really couldn't have asked for a better service.

When we arrived we enquired if you did children's mid rise beds Gail showed us while talking to Gail we realized we had bought from her before she was amazing then and now while sorting the order out we were offered coffee. Gail went through everything with us she couldn't have been more helpful. Gail is a credit to your company.

The sales assistant Gail was extremely friendly and helpful , we had a go on the sleepmatch to find our match and Gail then recommended the beds that would suit us , she was very jolly and made us a hot chocolate which was lovely , we were confident that we chose the right bed .
