Sue was very knowledgeable about Tempur and their products. She spent time letting us try different beds and pillows. Overall excellent service. Can’t wait to get our bed 🛌

Served by Gail at the Blackpool branch of dreams,excellent service though out the whole process of finding the right product and at a price I was happy to pay.The service was excellent thank you Gail.

The moment we stepped into the store we were made welcome. We were even offered a warm drink! I have a bad back and I was given professional advise and was guided to a computerised bed which I led on. The machine read my posture and produced a list of the most suitable mattresses. The first we tried was a firm TEMPUR mattress which we ended up buying as it was so comfortable, it had cooling properties and had a manufacturer guarantee of 15 years. We ended up buying a new solid sleigh base for ourselves and a new divan, mattress and headboard for our daughter. We will be using dreams again and will not hesitate to recommend to whoever we can! The items we required were available for us to sample and the staff were knowledgeable about the product. Two free pillows were on offer with our order which we were unaware of and which saved us a considerable sum of money, which was very pleasing.

Staff member Gail (342) Blackpool store was very helpful and patient. I visited with my daughter and her two young children, the eldest of whom is autistic and proved somewhat challenging during our visit. Gail was very understanding and even helped distract the children while we looked round the showroom. Gail also made sure we were aware of products on sale or offer that would suit our needs. We ended up purchasing different products than those we intended to buy on arrival, however we were very happy with our choice and we were glad for Gail’s advice and assistance. I use a wheelchair and the showroom was also very accessible for me which isn’t always the case when shopping!
