A very nice , helpful assistant who knew her products well which helped with our purchase.

Gail the Store sales person gave my mum lots off options and mum was given the test for which mattress would suit her best, this gave us a list of appropriate products to choose from. My mum was able to try them out and picked a bed. Personal service and advice helped us greatly on our visit.

Gail was very helpful and polite and helped me pick between 2 beds when i couldn’t decide based off my wants

We were very impressed with Gail’s friendliness and knowledge of the products. She put us on the sleep machine which also enabled us to choose our mattress and provided pillows - not forgetting the tea and coffee! We look forward to receiving our new mattress. Altogether a very satisfying service.

Great friendly service and a very lovely environment with a team who were enjoying themselves when we went in. Made is such a great atmosphere that we had to give some feedback.

Gail was fantastic, I came in for bedding and because of the amazing service I will be back in to see Gail to purchase a mattress after being on the sleep match and finding out the correct mattress for the support I need due to my lower back pain. I found her service so friendly even though I was just there for bedding. Nothing was to much and I will be recommending her to any of my friends in the future

We were given all the help and advice we needed, with a great deal of patience from the sales assistant, who went above and bayond to help us with our purchase

I went in to buy a pillow and the sales man David was very helpful showing me the different pillows and explaining the benefits of them. He even went to the lengths of putting me onto a sleep machine to find out my sleeping position and pains that I have, so he could find the best pillow to much my needs. I thought this was so fantastic because he cared for me and my needs even though it was such a small purchase. Due to his kind nature and the sleep machine, I now know I need to come back and purchase a mattress as I know the one I have is over 10 years old and isn't the right firmness to support me. The whole experience was so caring and around my needs, very pleasant from start to end and I will be back in for my mattress.

Stacey went above and beyond to help and her knowledge was fabulous she assisted us from the minute we walked through the door till the moment we left very pleased

Stacey instore was friendly and efficient, but not pushy at all. She approached us to strike up a conversation and allowed us to browse. She totally got what we were looking for.
