Gail bent over backwards for us on the day, made it an enjoyable experience. Had our son that’s autistic in tow, even when he was loud she assured us it wasn’t a bother. Calm and enjoyable experience all round

From when we entered the store Gail was very friendly and helpful, firstly listening to our wants and needs and then discussing all of options whilst asking if we wanted to try the sleep master machine thing.

The sales assistant (Gail) was highly knowledgeable and very attentive without being pushy. She showed us products which were in and around our budget and made us feel comfortable when buying, being offered a drink whilst browsing. The products look great and the delivery service is fairly quick. The overall service was excellent.
