I spoke over the telephone to staff at Preston Dreams and Blackpool Dreams, who were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I made my purchase at Blackpool Dreams. Perfect service.

Very friendly sale assistant, she was very knowable about the products in the store. Nothing was to much trouble, she went the extra mile. I felt looked after, and my sleeping needs cared for.

Stacey was outstanding in all aspects. Expert in her field with her great manner. Would not of bought without her.

came into store and there was anissue with the computers being down however Stacey took down our details then rang 5 hours later to take payment and book delivery. Overall easy, just a bit of an inconvenience having to wait for a phone call all day .... However Stacey did look after us as best she could considering so thank you!

Gail in the Blackpool store was very welcoming and friendly and made us a coffee whilst we were choosing the bed. She provided us with a pillow to try on each bed and also helped us identify the best mattress for us. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very happy for the bed to arrive.

Good knowledge from the assistant, very friendly, gave us lots of time to ‘test’ mattresses, wasn’t rushed or pressurised at all
