The staff were really friendly and very accommodating as we had the children in tow. We were given coffee and the children were made to feel comfortable and entertained. Great all round experience really and left with the dream bed that's perfect for our new home. Top marks guys!

Great, friendly staff, good product for a good price

Gail was extremely helpful during our visit to the store today. My boyfriend and I only visited the store to browse, had not plan to be leaving with a purchase today. However, all your staff were very approachable, Gail gave us a warm welcome, asked a few questions and showed us to the sleep-match machine (which I found extremely helpful). Gail also offered different pillows to try out when testing mattresses. We were so pleased with the customer service we have received today, and other staff members were also friendly and engaging with us, hence why we ended up leaving the store with a new bed order. Cannot wait to get my new bed.

My boyfriend and I visited the Blackpool store on Bank holiday Monday to browse for a new bed, was not planning on placing an order that day. Gail was very friendly and helpful to our requirements, put us on the Sleep match machine and showed us to a few different mattresses. Also gave us a few pillows to try out at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and took plenty of time to understand my needs. I’m not an easy customer - yet they delivered the perfect amount of assistance whilst giving me space to mull over my decision

I asked for assistance and was helped through my purchase by a friendly assistant who showed me different types and colours of headboards, after taking some photos and sending to my housebound wife for approval, I purchased said item and delivery was explained. A pleasant experience through out.
