Only cancelled our order last time due to Covid and the fact our goos couldn’t be brought in to our house. Very friendly and professional service provided by all.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. COULDNT DO ENOUGH, MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE, CANT TELL YOU ENOUGH HOW HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE SALESMAN WAS, WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

I explained what I wanted and why. The representative was was very appreciative of my needs and was efficient in the way he addressed those needs. With the best will in the world it is not always possible for my needs to be met with 100per cent satisfaction but the representative explained how my needs could be met and I was and am very appreciative of his service to my needs.

Was a great experience. Stacey at Blackpool Store was very knowledgeable and friendly. Let us browse first after introducing herself. We did the bed computer programme that resulted in the bed that we actually choose! Very pleased with experience

Me and my partner we served by Aaron and the service was a dream from start to finish. He served us at Bensons 5 years ago and we went back to Bensons just to be served by him. When we were told he was now at dreams we went straight there. He remembers us straight away and was very happy to see us. I have bought a mattress before from dreams and the sales rep was extremely helpful and courteous. I was fortunate enough to be helped by the same person and again just as helpful and knowledgeable.

The lady dealing with my enquiry was helpful and enthusiastic to support all my needs
