Positive customer experience from a friendly team member

Our visit was to buy a bed for our disabled son. The staff member that assisted us, Susan, was friendly, helpful and attentive. She met all our needs and requirements. Susan came across knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to buy at any time like you do in most stores.

We were offered a coffee whilst we browsed and went on the sleep motion bed

Stacey was very informative and explained fully regarding the products. She left us to make our own minds up and made some coffee for us. Very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy.

Gail was very friendly and understood our needs exactly. She offered us a drink, put us through the sleepmatch system and found the mattress that was right for us. She was very helpful and highly knowledgable about all of the products on offer.

I saw the mattress I wanted online and drove down to my nearest store. Staff were helpful, I got a good mattress at a good price and 4 free pillows

We were welcomed into the store and offered help and advice. The 'mattress test' was amazing and the store assistant was very knowledgable and helpful.

Excellent access to the store, ample parking, clean store, layout excellent, welcomed by the staff (Stacey), allowed to browse as long as needed, staff available if required to ask questions, staff advised and assisted, quick and painfree purchase, order emailed straight away. Kind and freindly atmosphere

When I phoned I spoke to Gale Who talked me through and explaind everything. With out her I couldn't have done it.Gale was kind and understanding.
