The sales person was professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. Liked the time spent checking correct sleeping positions to get correct matress

I had a fantastic experience with the Dreams team at Vicarage Rd Blackpool. Gail took her time to help me use the sleep test machine, she offered me coffee and muffins, and was extremely friendly and experienced with the products. I couldn't have been more happier with the service, and I bought a superking TV Bed frame and mattress that same day. Gail helped me to complete the order, and David was kind enough to show me all the features of the bed including the soundbar functions, and TV setup. I truly had a memorable experience, so much so, the friend that accompanied me also bought the same bed the very next day, we were so impressed. Kudos to the Blackpool staff....wow.

The moment we walked into the store we were welcomed by an assistant who was very helpful , we walked round the store without any interference and we were very interested by the quality of all the mattresses we tried . When we decided on the one we wanted we went to the desk and ordered it easily . A good experience all round and fully satisfied.

Sue was brilliant. The first time we went in she really looked after us and made sure that she understood exactly what we were looking for. When we returned some 4 weeks later she remembered us even to the point of remembering that my wife had an injury that she was trying to heal. Lovely lady.

Susan was lovely, very knowledgeable and highly professional. Took me on the mattress machine, and even offered my gran a coffee!

We were served by Gail who was very knowledgeable yet patient. She put us on the sleepmatch machine and gave us a coffee and showed us a range of pillows and we were treated with the utmost of respect and you should be grateful of this persons ability to put her customers at ease

The assistant was good and explanation of products useful . We used a special bed which analysed our sleeping positions ,sizes and waits. It then recommended the best type of mattress for us. We were then shown the alternative beds available. There was a good range of beds and prices.

All staff were exceptional. With a great knowledge of all products in store. Sue was very friendly and understanding and we were offered a drink while we were discussing our needs. David the store manager again was very friendly and on hand to also assist both are a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation sending family or friends to this store.
