Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Gail the assistant was excellent great service, knowledge and the ability to give you the right amount of time to try on your own and have a private discussion is spot on. It did not feel like she was pressuring us or intruding on our time to make a decision. She was very friendly but not false with it and was very genuine. Great customer service skills Gail thank you.

Met with a smiling lady , who was so nice and helpful

I spent all day on Saturday 14th September going around different shops in Blackpool looking for a bed, but it was Gail from the Blackpool Dreams store who was really helpful on the Saturday, made me want to go back in on the Sunday to purchase the bed. She offered myself and my girlfriend drinks, allowed us to go on the sleep match and matched us to the perfect mattress which was great. She also took us round all the different mattresses and gave us pillows to try. She was extremely patient with us and very friendly. I would recommend dreams to all of my friends, but in particular i would tell them to ask for Gail when they go.

Gail and David were a great team, we felt comfortable and not pressured to buy but given all the help we needed. The range of mattresses were explained to us and after our third attempt on the special bed to measure our requirements ( it failed to work twice but David and Gail were good humoured about it ) they offered us coffee. We were offered a choice of 2 mattresses on sale and also a headboard greatly reduced in the back room. All 3 sales staff had a nice manner with each other as well as ourselves.

Excellent customer service from Gail and David from start to finish. They were like friends by the end of our visit / placing our order. Answered all our questions, made sure we were happy and met all our needs. Can’t wait for our new bed now. Thank you so much!
