Fantastic customer experience, helpful and friendly staff who took the time to understand what we wanted rather than pushy sales people in some rival stores. The machine that helps to determine which mattress is right for me really helped me with my choice as it can be very confusing picking the right mattress, and really impressed with the choice of adjustable beds. Rival stores offered very little choice compared to dreams. Was thrilled when we returned into the store to buy the bed and there was a flash sale so got it for a really good price. Overall excellent customer experience

Sue was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Understood we were on a budget but ensured we were happy with our purchase and arranged delivery for a date to suit us around our holiday.

Excellent experience.Sue was very friendly,attentive to our needs yet most professional. Had wealth of knowledge,helped us decide which bed was best suited to us, with the 'bed test' . Yet gave us space, time & privacy to make final choice. Welcomed us with cup of coffee, and explained about all types of bed. I had done some research before arriving which she was pleased with. Well recommend Sue !.

Staff where really friendly and helpful. We didn’t really have a qlue what we wanted or where to even start looking. Sue was amazing in helping us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit me and my wife. We are great full for everything sue did for me and my wife.

i went into the store with a good idea of what i wanted, after talking to the assistant in the shop and working with her on the in store sleep match machine between me, my partner and gail after trying multiple mattresses we finally found a mattress more suited to me then the one i had originally go into the store first, i did not make my mind up quick however gail stayed polite respectful and give me all the information i needed, this was really important to me given the amount of money i was whiling to spend, i now believe with the expertise of your dreams colleague i have found my self my dream bed with the sleep motion technology. Gail helped me through the payment process while being very hospitable by offering me a hot drink whilst we sat down and did the paperwork, as i was finishing up my transaction gail had very generously give 4 of dreams lovely cotton pillow to go with my brand new bed. overall i am very happy with my visit to dreams

The girl who assisted me was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. She offered me a hot drink and took me through lots of options, ultimately finding me a great mattress and divan at a great price. I'd highly recommend Dreams to anybody.
